On April 3^rd 2023, Humber River Hospital celebrated an exciting milestone as our surgeons completed their 1000th successful case with the life-changing ROSA Knee System! Through donor support, Humber was the first Hospital in Ontario to acquire ROSA in 2020. Ever since Dr. Sebastian Rodriguez-Elizalde’s first case with the surgical robot that year, ROSA has been helping us revolutionizing orthopaedic surgery, restoring mobility and hope for many patients.

In addition to helping us deliver even better knee-replacement outcomes, ROSA has created efficiencies that have helped the Hospital address surgical backlogs. Claude’s Milestone Knee

Once a passionate outdoorsman, Claude’s world had become painfully limited due to severe joint pain and swelling.
