Strengthening the Humber River Health Finch Campus
Filling Critical Healthcare Gaps
TODAY/ CHALLENGE
Our northwest Toronto community has the highest number of lone-parent families, and marginalized populations in our city. Our neighbourhoods also include many low-income seniors over 80 who live alone and need access to complex healthcare services closer to home and outside of the hospital setting.
TOMORROW/ OPPORTUNITY
We’re raising funds to close critical gaps in care and re-imagine our 17-acre Finch Campus. With your support, it can become a haven of care for northwest Toronto, designed around the community’s needs and focused on reducing healthcare inequalities.
Together, we can transform lives and build healthier, more equitable communities
-
Accessible Care
A fully accessible urgent care clinic is being considered at the Finch Campus to address immediate health challenges, catering to the unique needs of the residents who live here.
-
Enhanced Tools
The Finch Lab being planned will provide enhanced diagnostic imaging and lab services through ultra-modern equipment and techniques, improving patient outcomes, early detection and prevention, and more equitable health outcomes.
-
Forward-Looking
The Finch Campus is full of potential, ready to accommodate a new acute hospital in the future and bring essential services closer to those in need.
